Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand that people can change their minds. Unfortunately, once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled or modified. We hope to be able to offer this service in the future. We only offer free returns for quality defects (e.g., damaged or defective products). Returns for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, dissatisfaction with the product, or not meeting expectations) are at the customer's expense.

What if I want to speak to someone in customer service?

We would love to speak with you too! Contact us if you have any questions, doubts, or comments; we will respond within 48 hours. Please note, however, that requests sent on Friday might receive a response on Monday (or sooner, if possible).


What is the delivery time?

Standard domestic delivery usually takes 5-8 business days. International delivery time depends on the product and the destination country (the estimated time is displayed when placing the order).

How do I return a product?

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What is the processing time for a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the moment we receive the returned product.
